Cabernet Franc,also called Bouchet,origin from the right bank of Bordeaux, France. Saint Emilion and Pomerol are the traditional origin. Cabernet Franc is a red wine grape that is often used in Bordeaux blends to add acidity and aroma and it¡¯s a sister branch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Gernischt. It is mostly grown for blending with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the Bordeaux style.In recent years, its cultivation area has increased rapidly ,due to the poopular of dry red with fruit fragrance.

Planting too close Unique mulberry aroma and black pepper flavor will be dimmed.
Thick grassy flavor with tasty blackcurrant and mulberry. Low tanin and acidity level, light and soft. Fleshy meat on palate is the main feature, but cannot be cellared for a so long time.
