Cabernet Franc is a red wine grape that is often used in Bordeaux blends to add acidity and aroma and it¡¯s a sister branch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Gernischt. It is mostly grown for blending with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in the Bordeaux style.In recent years, its cultivation area has increased rapidly ,due to the poopular of dry red with fruit fragrance.
