Chenin BlancChenin Blanc
Brief introduction: Chenin blanc (also Pineau de la Loire and Gout fort), is a white wine grape variety from the Loire valley of France. This grape is high in acid and sugar, thin in skin and needs much sunshine to get riped. Chenin Blanc can make wines that range in style from dry to very sweet depending on decisions made by the winemaker. Because of the high acidity in wines made from Chenin Blanc, they tend to age very well. In Saumur, Chenin Blanc is used to make sparkling wines of notable quality.
Wine regions: Anjou and Touraine of France, California, Australia, Cape Town,South America.

Pinot GrisPinot Gris
Brief introduction: Pinot gris is a white wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera. Thought to be a mutant clone of the Pinot noir grape. It makes wines that are medium bodied, well balanced and with nice floral aromas. It can used to make sparkling wine or dry white. The wines produced from this grape also vary in colour from a deep golden yellow to copper and even a light shade of pink.
Wine regions: Alsace of France, Oregon and California of the USA.

Pinot Blanc
Brief introduction: Pinot blanc is a white wine grape. It is a point genetic mutation of Pinot noir. It has been grown in Burgundy and was sometimes mistaken for Chardonnay. The two varieties look very similar and there are some similarities in the wines they make. Pinot blanc gives a wine with fruity aromas, often of apples and melons, but it does not have very distinctive characteristics. Pinot blanc wines are usually made for immediate consumption and seldom meant for cellaring.
Wine regions: Alsace of France, Austria, North Italy and Germany.

ViuraViura
Brief introduction: Viura is widely grown in the Rioja region of northeastern Spain, the Cava producing areas south of Barcelona, and the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France. The grape is used to make mildly acidic and young white wines mostly suitable for early consumption or blended with other varieties. Viura is traditionally blended with Xarel•lo and Parellada to make a sparkling Cava, the best known sparkling wine of Spain.

TrebbianoTrebbiano
Brief introduction: It is mostly planted in Italy and very productive. Most of them used as a base wine and blend with other white grapes to add flavor, then could be served as table wine. In France, Trebbiano grape is known as Ugni Blanc. It’s widely planted especially in Cognac and Armagnac. It is used for making wines as well as brandy.

GewurztraminerGewurztraminer
Brief introduction: Gewurztraminer comes from Italy, but it is grown most successfully in France (especially Alsace). Gewürztraminer is a variety with a pink to red skin colour, which makes it a "white wine grape" as opposed to the blue to black-skinned varieties commonly referred to as "red wine grapes". The variety has high natural sugar and the wines are white and usually off-dry, with a flamboyant bouquet of lychees. Dry Gewürztraminers may also have aromas of roses, passion fruit and floral notes.
Wine regions: Alsace of France, the United States (California, Oregon, Washington).
