                                | Tasting Note: | Wine Advocate#158 (4/2005) Rating: 86 points Drink: 2005-2012 Dark ruby/purple with a pleasant, straightforward nose of plums, flowers, underbrush, and licorice, the medium-bodied 2002 possesses a good attack and mid-palate, but then finishes abruptly. Drink it over the next 6-7 years. -Robert Parker

 Wine Spectator (1/1/2007) Score: 88
Excellent aromas of currant and spice. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a caressing finish. Lacks a bit of a midpalate, but still well-made. A very nice wine that's just about ready for drinking. Best after 2009. 10,500 cases made. –JS

 Decanter Rating:
Powerful black fruit, rich tannin coasted in lovely fruit. Very fine. Drink 2011-17.
