This is the second wine of Chateau Haut-Bages-Liberal. Classic Pauillac nose and then on the palate jammy and ripe, forward cassis and blackberry fruit depth. Plenty of power and texture with a satisfying medium length finish - great claret at a great price. Drinking now-2010. |
